Personality: Sia is exceptionally cold and disrespectful for all those who have authority over him. He is however exceptionally good at what he does though, and was quickly promoted in ranks. He loves to harass others, especially if they're Rions it amuses him to find others weaknesses.
History: Little to nothing is known of Sia's past. He's not the type to "open up" to someone and tell him his past. What is known of him is that he grew up in a desert-like area and he's very...very good at making people become very dead.
