Well it got off to a rocky start... Which included leaving my money in Waco (Scotty was able to grab it before he left) and oh...I dunno...totaling my car going to pick up a friend. Nobody was hurt in the accident, well except my poor poor Edward. From what everyone is telling me the insurance will be sending me a check and there's no hope saving him. I really don't want to talk about it other than that, so don't bring up the "A" word or bad driving, if you know what I mean.

I wasn't originally going to go to the Fair and just hang out at my aunt's house not because I was hurt but cause I didn't think I'd have any fun, but everyone forced me to go. Honestly, I'm glad I went. Everyone forced me to be happy and enjoy myself, and I did. A few extra friends went to stay at my aunt's house too and we stayed up almost all night playing Apples to Apples and it was indeed lulzy.

The trip back home was depressing, we had to stop and get everything out of my car. I did forget some things there, but I'm hoping I can salvage them before Edward gets impounded since it was mostly like paper momentos of places I've been recently, but if I can't that's alright too I guess.

In light of me not having wheels anymore and will be directing all incoming money toward getting a new car, I probably won't be traveling much for a while. This includes the holidays and Ikkicon at least. I will try to keep everyone updated on where I'll be if I go anywhere since it might be a while before you see me again. Unless you losers want to come visit me in Wacko... 83

Okay my lovies... Here is the situation:

I just bought these really awesome picture frames and they're pretty big (18-22 inches by 22-26 inches) to go over my headboard and be the focal point of the room. I not only got one...but TWO of them. Inside each of these picture frames are 9 4x6 slots to hold different pictures to make more of a collage rather than just one giant picture.

Since I started hanging all the artwork that had been given to me or bought (and a few of my favorite originals I've made) in my bedroom, I was hoping to fill these frames with more artwork from online friends. Thus project 18 was born.

So here's the rundown. If you don't want to just go ahead and draw me something because you love me, I'll be willing to do an art trade to house the little 4x6 (horizontal) space. I'll make 25 spaces (not that I think I'll get that many people interested in this deal) because if I don't hang your picture in the picture frames because I'd really like my room to be focused on ART since it's really a big thing in my life. If ya wanna be part of this undertaking send me a note. If this is an art trade, send what you'd like me to draw in the note to match.

Project 18 FAQ:

1.) What do you want?
If I told you that what would be the fun in it?? It can be one of my characters, one of your characters, a random dog walking across the street, ect... It's all up to you since my theme is Art.

2.) How did you come up with this idea?
Ummm... Well it started when people started giving me art I suppose, I'd print it out and shove it in a folder. But now I have FRAMES for all of this, so yeah...

3.) What kind of art are you looking for?
Any kind any... I'm hoping for all sorts of ideas. This ranges from photography to 3-D work or just a sketch, I'm not picky. The only requirement is it's 4x6. I'll even take poetry or other written works and I'll print it on my stationery... I'm REALLY not picky about this guys.

4.) 4 x 6?
That would be 4 inches by 6 inches. It's the size of a normal snapshot from a camera picture. And it's horizontal, which would be landscape printed.

5.) Do you need extra white space?
Nope, just 4x6. I'm going to be setting up the final document to print so I'll leave the white bleed, but thanks for asking.

IMPORTANT: Please for the LOVE of GOD sign the drawings. I want to be able to brag about your shit later and be like "YOU SEE THAT ONE...YEAH...My friend __________ drewed that. It's bad ass..."

Okay, so here's the update on Brawl:

First off, I got knocked out of the tournament... It wasn't total ass kicking because the guy who beat me only beat me by just a little (and a really lucky smash ball X3). He was cool though.

Scotty and I got our copy of Brawl and we only went... 95 on the interstate to get home and play it until we collapsed.

We're both pleased with the one-player/two-player mode. IT'S A SSB WITH PLOT!! Jesus christ... and the Characters have Personalities and Emotions and whatnot... it's not just "Oh hayyyyy... *tosses Mario and Samus in a pit together*" And it's not something I'd recommend playing through in one sitting either... We decided to just test it around and play easy to get the hang of the new characters... And we're only 50% through the whole game... 50%... And we've been playing for like 8-12 hours. I lost count.

Online gameplay was a disappointment though. First you create a room, then you have to wait for 4 people to show up... It took 20 minutes for one person to get there, and we couldn't even play each other until the other 2 appeared. After about 40 minutes of drooling on myself, I just dropped out and wailed on Scotty instead.

Also Brawl pulled a quick one on us with the "Play your friends" mode we all knew about. Instead of just adding your friends onto your Wii console, you have to have a special SSBB number to play with other people.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t understand people at all. Quite frankly I’m getting rather frustrated with some people that I know and it’s unlike me. If you’re worried that it’s you, you’re probably wrong unless you know me in real life…Then there may be a problem, but it’s unlikely too.

I’ve prided myself on being able to listen to people’s problems and offer good advice, hell I’ll even help you out if you’re in a sticky situation because that’s how I was raised. If you need the help and are willing to give me at least 50% (and it doesn’t conflict with a problem of my own) I have absolutely no problem pitching in and helping out. But lately people have been frustrating me by doing little things or taking advantage of my good nature and that just rub me the wrong way.

For instance, my parents did something that pissed me off very…very badly. I wouldn’t be nearly as angry with them if they had told me about it in the beginning (like almost two months ago) rather than letting me find out what they did the hard way. I mean Jesus!! If you were that selfish to begin with you could have at least told me what you did rather than me waiting for something that will never come. Is that really too hard to ask??

Then there are some people at work that are REALLY pissing me off. You’ve got your skinny bitches that complain about being fat, and insist on going on diets when they’re only like 125 pounds. I’ve NEVER understood that. I mean I’m overweight, and I have a reason to complain about being fat. I don’t though because I’m too lazy to fix the problem so I don’t have a logical reason to complain. But seriously, if you weigh less than 150…Shut up.

Then there’s this one lady and I swear to god I want to hit her. She is a living leech. When I first started working at my company, I felt sorry for her. I mean sure I can understand if you’re down on your luck, but she takes serious advantage of people. For instance, she’s got a degree and I don’t mean like associate degree. I mean she’s got a bachelors sitting in her lap—and it was all paid for because she’s a minority. I’m paying off my college loans $200 a month to pay back 10 grand or so. And I’ve only got an associates—but I can say I got it all on my own and I’m paying back every penny for my education. It makes it worth it to me.

So. Here she is sitting with a degree that can get her paid more money than I could hope for in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT which makes my art degree look like tarnished rust covered shit (not that I’d trade her because I LIKE my job) and she refuses to leave her minimum wage telemarketing position because then “she’d be making too much money.” She’d loose her Medicare… She’d lose the Habitat for Humanity house (that was given to her because she’s a single mother with 2 children). She refuses to get remarried because with a joint income she’d loose all of that as well.

She’s also extremely overweight, like borderline morbidly obese, and wears hoochie clothes. I mean I’m fluffy, but I cover it up with Hot Topic t-shirts, hoodies, and loose slacks I don’t wear skintight clothes that let my fat hang out. Did I mention she’s getting that stomach stapling surgery (for free again) to help her fix her problem?? And then she had the nerve to ask me today if white cake was less calories than chocolate cake (as she cut a huge corner off and began gobbling it down).

I mean…Shit. She makes everyone feel sorry for her and I can’t take it anymore, because people DO feel sorry for her. Her children are nightmares because they have issues because all they see are her issues. She’s wrecked her car TWICE since I’ve been here (less than a year)… She doesn’t have any insurance. She’s always late to work (I’ll admit I walk in a few minutes after I’m supposed to be here, but she’s like 15-45 minutes late most days) and she’ll randomly take long lunches without telling anyone. She also LOVES to psych out the punch clock. She’ll go over and look like she’s punching out and then leave. So she’s still wracking up hours even when she’s not working. The time keeper and human resource lady (Who I actually like because she’s snarky and doesn’t mind a good argument from time to time with me) always has to come and ask us if one of us saw her leave. I once apologized to her in advance and then snapped at her that “I’m not ___________’s keeper.”

Everything is half-assed with her. She’ll tell people she’ll call them back and hand them off to the next person because she has “other stuff” to do. She’ll take 30 minute calls with customers when most of the other people in my department spend like 7 minutes usually on a call, and they help the person out in that time. I swear everything she does pisses me off these days and I’m tired of it.

Edit-- OMFG.... O...M...F...G... I cannot believe what she just told me... She said that she can't wait for 5-10 years because then she can SELL the house she just got from Habitat for Humanity. She moved in SATURDAY...and she can't wait to SELL THE DAMNED THING... Oh sweet Jesus. I'm SHAKING I'm so angry right now!! /End Edit

At this point I could care less if she fell off a cliff and died. That sounds horrible, I know, but it’s the truth. I really could care less.

I’m sorry if this is sounding more like a rant than feelings on a page or like I’m looking for sympathy but it’s things like this that have been making me short tempered with some of you people who haven’t done anything. I sincerely apologize if I’ve snapped at you or said something particularly mean. IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT.

I love all of my friends on DA and other websites that I go to and I let you guys know that. I know that I don’t say it enough sometimes, but it’s true. I love you guys. It’s all my friends that I talk to here on the net (LOL and the few of you who are my psychiatrist—ILU SCOTTY) that make my life bearable most of the time.
