Hey everyone. I suppose it’s time to get the depressing update off my screen because things are finally starting to look up.

Edward (my previous beloved car) was indeed classified as a total, but the Insurance Company was really cool about it and gave me a good deal on what was left on him. This of course helped when I needed to get a new car. I went ahead and got another Toyota Corolla CE because, well I like the car. It gives good gas mileage, I’m used to it, and it’s just a bad ass car (at least in my opinion). Ironically, though it’s a 2008, it looks and feels just like Edward, but as per tradition goes—never name a new car after something that didn’t end very well. So my new car is named Alfred. 8D

I plan on taking whatever money I get for Christmas to Ikkicon with me. That’s right my lovelies, I’ll keep my promise and go. Now I just need a place to stay. ^_^;; If anybody is looking for a roommate at the convention and can cut me a little slack, I’d be more than glad to crash on your floor, or chair, or bathtub…

However, due to car payments, I will only be attending two conventions other than Ikki. I’ve decided that because I –ALWAYS- go to A-Kon I won’t pass up the tradition. Not to mention the awesomeness that I’m planning for that convention… *le happy sigh* The other convention that I’ll be attending in 2010 will be A-Fest. I just fell in love with that convention, the location, the hotel… Everything was a pleasant experience. 83
